Refund Policy


If in the unlikely event that you are not completely satisfied with the results of your service, you MUST tell us within 7 days so we can put it right. Not only will we re-do it for FREE but we will also credit your account with a FREE future service! We have complete confidence in our ability to delight you which is why we offer this 100% guarantee.

You must follow the advice of your hairdresser on which Shampoo, conditioner, styling and finishing products that  were used to create your look during your salon visit and how to manage your hair at home. We will only 100% Guarantee a service if you are using the products recommended by your stylist and their instructions on their use.


What is not covered by the Guarantee:

If we believe that a service is wrong for you or your hair we are here to help and guide you. If you wish to go ahead and go against the professional advice given we will notify you what is not covered by the guarantee and write it down for you along with our reasons why. We will ask you to sign and date this for both your own and our records. If we believe a service will damage your hair excessively we will offer you the option to have a test piece and reschedule your appointment  for a later date once completed.

We reserve the right to refuse any service to protect you, your hair along with our reputation.
