Our Artistic Director & Barber is Jack Crozier. He is 28 years old and started his journey in Barbering in 2017. Jack then went on to complete his hairdressing Level 2 and continued to the advanced hairdressing Level 3 qualification before being promoted to Artistic Director in February 2022.
We love the drive and motivation Jack has along with the attention to detail he gives to each of his clients and so do the they!
Jack was shortlisted in the UK Hair and Beauty Awards 2022 for the Rising Star Award!!
" I am 28 years old and originally from Newcastle. In 2018 I decided that I wanted to follow a path in hairdressing. I started a Barbering course in 2017 which I passed with a merit! During my Barbering course I joined Paul and the team one day a week along side a full time job.
Once I completed Barbering I then started and completed a NVQ Level 2 course in hairdressing before progressing onto the advanced NVQ Level 3 ,which alongside being shortlisted into the Rising Star category for 2022 & 2023 in the Uk Hair and Beauty Awards 2022 I gained a promotion to Artistic Director. I have a full time position at Collective Hairdressing and can not wait to further advance my skills along with new services coming soon.
The whole Team have made me feel so welcome and I am enjoying every minute. Since starting Paul has taught me a lot of new skills. I can not wait to see what the future holds."

Meet Elle, our newest addition to the Collective Hairdressing family. Elle joins our team as a Stylist
with over 2 years of hands-on experience and a fresh qualification of 7 months, she brings a youthful zest and eagerness to our dynamic team.
Elle's passion lies in the realm of creative, editorial-style hair and looks. She views hairdressing as an art form and a means of self-expression, and her dedication to perfecting her craft is truly inspiring.

" I'm Natasha, and my journey in the beauty industry began over 2 years ago. It all started when I experienced my first facial treatment. HARRY ORMSTON
2nd Year Head Apprentice
Harry Ormston, is our second Year apprentice. He has a passion for hairdressing started at Collective Hairdressing™ in March 2023 on a traineeship program. Since then, Harry demonstrated his flair and passion and quickly secured his place on our apprenticeship program in May 2023. Harry is thankful to be pursuing his dream and pursuing his passion for hairdressing.
As a trainee, Harry is learning and honing his skills under the guidance of our team of experienced professionals along with external courses with some of the country's top hair professionals.
He is also getting the opportunity to work with different clients and learn about their unique hair needs and preferences. We look forward to seeing how Harry progresses!

BROOKE WHALL
1st Year Apprentice
Brooke Whall, is our first Year apprentice.
Brooke joined our Team in February 2024 after completing a one year course at a college. Brooke decided that she would gain far more working within the salon environment and applied to our salon.
She is eager to learn and always watching and we can not wait to help her develop into a fabulous hairstylist!
